What we do with your information

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, the type of project you selected, and the message you wrote. Nothing else.

We do not use advertising trackers, we do not run third-party analytics, and we do not set cookies for marketing purposes.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to carry out the project you asked about. That is the only purpose.

We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in our application database, hosted with our infrastructure providers. Access is restricted to the studio and protected by authentication.

Because our hosting and database providers may process data outside Quebec, your information may be stored or handled outside the province.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of work discussed or carried out. When an enquiry is no longer relevant, it is deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to us through the contact form and say so plainly — we will action it.
